CHANGING FROM THE OUTSIDE IN AS WELL AS INSIDE OUT
The intention of my mind body therapies is to encourage change from the inside out. However, it is also true to say that there is an awful lot that you can do to manage and change your lives by focusing on the outside in. In other words by looking and exploring at what you do at a behavioral level enables you to make changes which can have a profound affect in areas of mind body and spirit.

You live your life through your behaviors and your behavior is what you say and do. It is how you express yourself externally to the world, the actions that you take as a result of the suggestions that you give to yourselves. All behavior patterns are learned and can become habitual through repetition. All of your behaviors are paramount to your health- happiness and wellbeing. Therefore it makes good sense to look at what you do and how you live your life. You may find that you have some behaviors that are extremely self defeating that need changing. You may find that you have some behaviors that simply need modifying to bring balance back into your life. If you are open to change these behaviors that are somehow limiting you, you can significantly transform and change the quality of your life to reach your goals and have a greater sense of wellbeing mentally emotionally and physically.

In this area I take an integrated approach to lifestyle behaviors by looking at a behavioral problem holistically. My role then becomes the 'gate keeper' as I then call upon the right experts in the different areas of complementary/orthodox medicine for example- nutrition and herbal medicine- acupuncture- exercise- physiotherapy- GP-homeopathy osteopathy/chiropractic- massage.
